When will my order ship?
Prints, stickers and cards are packed by hand and ship within 3 to 5 business days. Framed prints and hoodies take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada and the United States. Shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and free on orders over $75 CAD.
What sizes do the prints come in?
8 × 10, 11 × 14 and 16 × 20 inches, printed on Cold Press Bright fine art paper and signed by Riri. All three fit standard store-bought frames, or you can add a real-wood frame at checkout.
What paper do you print on?
Every print is on Cold Press Bright: a 100% cotton rag fine art paper made in Italy. It's heavyweight at 305 gsm, with a textured matte surface like watercolour paper and a bright white base (96 ISO brightness), so colours stay vivid and true to the paintings. It's acid-free and pH buffered, so it's made to last.
What comes with a framed print?
A real-wood frame, a 2" crystal white mat (or a double mat with a ¼" black accent), clear acrylic glazing that won't shatter in the mail, acid-free backing and hanging wire. It arrives ready to hang.
What are the postcards like?
They're 4 × 6 inch matte postcards with one of Riri's paintings on the front and the RIRI Studios logo on the back. Pick any of the 10 paintings.
What's in the colouring kit?
The Handle With Care & Femme Fatale mini colouring book: 8 of Riri's designs to colour, plus blank pages if you feel inspired to draw your own. It comes with a 12-pack of pre-sharpened pencil crayons.
What size are the hoodies?
Hoodies come in M, L, XL and XXL with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you're between sizes or want exact measurements, email us before you order.
Are the stickers waterproof?
They're die-cut vinyl: durable and weatherproof, made for laptops, water bottles and phone cases.
How do commissions work?
Choose acrylic paint, oil pastel or charcoal and a size, then send your idea through the commission form. Pricing is $1.50 per square inch. Riri confirms the details and sends an invoice for a deposit, then shares a photo of the finished piece for your approval before it ships.
Can I buy an original painting?
Some originals are available. Open any painting in the Originals section and tap "Ask about the original", or email us.
Can I buy hoodies wholesale for my shop?
Yes. Fill in the wholesale form with the designs, colours, sizes and roughly how many you need, and Arianna will send pricing, minimums and timing.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our site. All major credit cards are accepted. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping & returns
Every order is packed by hand in Ontario. Here's what to expect.
Shipping
- Where: Canada and the United States.
- Cost: a flat rate shown at checkout. Free on orders over $75 CAD.
- When: prints, stickers and cards ship within 3 to 5 business days. Framed prints and hoodies take a little longer.
- Packing: prints ship flat with a backing board in a rigid mailer; framed prints ship with corner protectors in a padded box.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- Framed prints: are printed and framed by our framing partner and ship straight from their studio, so they arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.
- Duties: US orders may be charged duties or import fees by the carrier. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
- 14 days: unused prints, stickers, cards, colouring kits and hoodies can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
- Final sale: framed prints, commissions, original paintings, mystery packs and bundles.
- How: email Arianna@riristudios.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds go back to your original payment within 5 to 7 business days of the item arriving.
- Exchanges: need a different hoodie size? Email us and we'll swap it if it's in stock.
- Damaged or wrong item: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.
- Lost package: if tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
